An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Management Information Administrator to join a multi service charity based in Coventry. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 p.a. pro-rata (£16,500 p.a.) and a contributory pension scheme.

The charity has a fully trained staff team providing Supported Accommodation and Floating Support to young parents and victims of domestic abuse. There is also a Children's Nursery that provides full day care for pre-school children, together with a Youth Service and a Community Wellbeing Service.

The Management Information Administrator will work as part of the resources team providing a full range of technical administration and service support tasks with responsibility for the service user data management information system. The post holder will be the expert user of the system and support others to expand their knowledge, assisting them to use the system to its full capability. You will be required to analyse and interpret information from the system to provide up to date information and reports, including quality monitoring, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act. You will also support the ongoing development and review of our internal Outcome's framework, oversee the development of service project plans and conduct research projects.

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience of using Microsoft Office applications and data management systems/software packages.
* Experience of collating and interpreting data to produce high quality reports with advanced Excel skills.
* A good knowledge of data protection procedures.
* An understanding of Outcome frameworks.
* A high level of IT skills to ensure precision and accuracy.
* Excellent administrative and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The post requires a satisfactory DBS check.

The hours of work are 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
