Accounts Assistant - Permanent Position

Your new role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reconciling balance sheet accounts, producing & inputting working journals, preparation of month-end & year-end accounts, assisting with the forecasting/budgeting of sales and cash flow, maintaining financial records which accurately record the business’ incoming and outgoing finances for specific projects, raising invoices/credit notes in liaison with sales team, monitoring outstanding debts and pursuing overdue invoices within agreed timescales, ensuring that expenditure is accurately monitored & recorded, reporting statistics for the Finance Manager.

Working week is 9-5

What you'll need to succeed

Advanced/intermediate Excel spreadsheet experience is imperative to the success of your application. You will also have a minimum of two years experience in a similar position, as the client is hoping you will be able to 'hit the ground running' with minimal hand over.
