Where does this role fit in? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive to join our in-house team at Haven, Bourne Leisure. As an Account Executive you will be primarily responsible for customer service delivery as well as operational and administrative excellence. You'll be working on-site with our client in Hemel Hempstead, supporting the Account Managers and Account Director in the delivery of fanatical customer service and operational excellence. The role will involve working closely with a number of different departments and disciplines across our agency, so a positive and proactive approach to developing relationships and delivering first class customer service is essential in this role. Your responsibilities include: You'll need to accurately manage information from the customer, formulating full artwork briefs and producing detailed print specifications for suppliers Effectively briefing and managing studio resource to ensure proofs received are as per client requirements Manage requests for quotations, adhering to agreed KPIs Ensure any queries are responded to accurately and promptly Ensure projects are completed and dispatched to pre-agreed schedules What can you expect in return?
