Finance Assistant (Purchase Ledger) Our client is a registered charity dedicated to the provision of hospice care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families in the South West. Position: Purchase Ledger Administrator Location: Little Bridge House, Fremington, EX31 Job type: Part Time, Permanent Hours: 2 days per week Salary: £19,109 pro rata (£7,747 actual) Closing date: 21 January 2019 Anticipated interview date: 01 February 2019 About the role: Our client is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and pro-active new team member for their busy finance department. This role will administer the Purchase Ledger function for the organisation, including the rapidly growing retail network, in an efficient and effective way and provide support in other financial and administrative matters. About you: Experience gained in an accounting office and using a computerised purchase ledger is essential and an AAT (or similar) qualification would be advantageous. You will need clear written and verbal skills, be numerical and have an aptitude for and experience of using accounting software.
