We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a Sales Operations Advisor on a permanent, full-time basis. Here you will be reporting to the Global Sales Operations Manager with a focus on supporting the roll out of the new CRM system globally. You will also be a key support for the sales team to improve the sales process. You will help strive towards standard process and assist or lead process training. With this you will also be responsible to continuously improve current sales process, document them and cascade them to the correct team and implement training when required. Key skills: Training sales people on internal systems within the company and sales process Experience of process improvement Data analysis Experience and background knowledge using CRM's Training experience Process and analysis driven You must have the ability to lead and be a strong team player!
