Sales Operations Manager - Portable Accommodation/Storage

THE ROLE: As a Sales Operations Manager your role will be to optimise their current sales processes, structure, and sales operations. You will do this through analysing and appraising the current sales structure from top to bottom. Your role will be to present strategies, plans, and solutions to move the business forward with the senior leadership team. Working closely with the branch network, sales team, and management you will be at the forefront of change and development within the business.
THE COMPANY: This globally recognised company has been operating in the UK for 50 years and are a true leader in the world of temporary accommodation & storage solutions. They have a strong presence in the UK with a well-established branch network and a national sales structure. They are now looking to strengthen their sales strategy for 2019 and beyond!
THE PERSON: Due to the important nature of this role you will have a strong background in sales analysis, planning, and implementation. You may have done a similar role in a corporate organisation in the construction or hire industries. This is not a sales management position and our client is looking for someone who can look at things objectively, with clarity, and in a systematic manner.
Basic Salary - £40k
Car/ Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Holiday Package
