The Role: Representing an historic UK specialist wine brand, the Business Development Manager will be largely responsible for winning new business across Southern Home Counties. Targeting independent on-trade businesses such as pubs, clubs and restaurants, you will be dealing with managers and buyers, networking and sourcing your own leads.

The Company: Our client has over 80 years' experience within this trade, importing from family run producers and hand picking esoteric wines. Their 1000 strong portfolio offers expertise and innovation to both on and off trade customers. They have won recognition and multiple awards in recent years for contributions to the industry, supplying wine shops, pubs and large national chains with a huge range of brands from all over the world.

Your Career: This multimillion turnover importer and distributor offer training and progression into man management and national accounts. This role ideally requires wine experience, knowledge and passion for the industry. On-trade experience is essential.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Passion for the industry
  • Business to business sales
  • On-trade experience
  • Driving license
