Gateway College is a vibrant and diverse Sixth Form College catering for around 1,400 students. The following exciting opportunity exists to join a strong staff team based at our campus in Hamilton, Leicester.

Digital Media and Marketing Assistant (Ref: 19/01)
37 hours per week, term time only
Temporary fixed term contract for 1 year
Actual salary range £15,960 - £17,655

A dynamic, creative and committed individual is required to work within our busy Marketing and Admissions team. This is a new role, which has been created to support the recruitment of new applicants to the College and continue to build on Gateways reputation for providing outstanding educational opportunities for young people.

In this role, you will develop dynamic online and print campaigns using your excellent skills as a graphic designer and wordsmith. You will also carry out market research to stay ahead of future trends, ensure the website is always up-to-date with engaging and relevant content and be a ‘brand guardian’, developing the brand across a number of channels internally and externally.

You may occasionally be asked to support other areas of the marketing team to develop your skills and knowledge and support the Head of Marketing and Admissions. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys new challenges and being innovative. You may be starting out in your career in marketing or wishing to develop your existing skills further.
