£32,000 - £35,000 per annum

Remit
Compass Associates are proudly working with one of the leading providers of mental health, learning disabilities and neurological services to recruit a Senior I Occupational Therapist to work 37.5hrs Monday to Friday.

You will be based at their 37 bed, purpose built locked rehabilitation unit in Liverpool for adult males with complex mental health conditions and forensic histories. As the sole Occupational Therapist, you will be an important member of the multidisciplinary team which will include a Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker and Nurses.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to develop a new service and Occupational Therapy department. Once the service opens and the number of service users increases, more junior members of staff will be recruited.

Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy
Full HCPC registration
Previous experience working in an inpatient mental health service

Interview with the Hospital Director and a Lead Occupational Therapist from another site.
