Main Duties and Responsibilities

CATALOGUE MAILING / PRODUCTION SUPPORT (30%)

* Proofreading catalogues and web
* Feeding amendments back to creative agency
* Briefing and production of sale mailers
* Assisting with production of catalogues
* Setting up promotional codes
* Producing sales by page reports
* Filing purchase orders

PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGERY PRODUCTION & MANAGEMENT (20%)

* Managing product samples and props for photoshoot
* Requesting stock removals for photoshoots
* Management, productoin, art direction and styling of fit shot photography
* Producing and organising the shoot list for fit shot photography
* Booking and arranging all aspects of studio photography with relevant suppliers
* Working with Junior Graphic Designer to ensure photography is correct and useable
* Renaming and resizing product images in Photoshop for use on the web
* Sourcing images of bought in products and resizing/ uploading images
*

PRODUCT COMMUNICATION (20%)

* Liaising with Desin, Technical and Merchandising teams to ensure product information is correct
* Breifing and managing external copywriters to produce product desriptions
* Researching and copywriting product descriptions for bought-in products
* Producing bullet points for each product on the 'features at a glance' tab online
* Providing support to Web Team (uploading images to webusing Quantiv and Cloudberry, organising product copy and putting into usable format)
* Downloading, saving and managing creative assets

CAPACITY & COVER FOR CONTENT/SOCIAL & EMAIL (15%)

* Providing social media support to Content Manager (scheduling posts in Hootsuite, responding to customer queries, uploading images, adding data to report)
* Providing support to Email Marketing Executive (checking copy and links, creating and amending emails in Emarsys, working with Graphic Design function to brief and create assets)

PRESS & MEDIA SUPPORT (15%)

* Providing support to Brand Development Manager in relation with media and provision of information and assets to maximise coverage of Rohan brand and products
