Position: Quality & Service Lead
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Job type: Full Time, Permanent no language
Salary: £25,000 per annum

About the role:

Quality, customer service is the bedrock of our new International Shares Services business. Building a new team whose purpose is to service our International subsidiaries, their supplier and customers, you’ll be crucial to our success. Reporting directly into the Director of International Shared Services you’ll provide independent assurance for our new business venture.

You will complete compliance and control audits, performance reporting, budgeting and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, amongst other responsibilities, you’ll relish a challenge in your varied role.

About you:

- Come from an audit, compliance and control background
- Are experienced with creating and delivering reports and performance reviews
- Have a continuous improvement mindset, skilled at taking people on the journey with you
- Have exceptional communication skills, you know how to ask the right questions to get the best results
- Use your excellent attention to detail and accuracy, taking pride in your work
- You see solutions, not problems
- Have experience of working in a Shared Services environment, this would be an advantage
- Studying for a qualification within accountancy (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) would be an advantage
- Have bi-lingual skills including Dutch, German, French or Japanese, this would be an advantage
