Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Do you have previous Customer Service experience? Would you like to work in a rewarding environment? We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our passionate and growing Customer Service team, based in Harrow. This is an entry level role for someone looking to start their career in Retail/Customer Service and is a permanent, full time position. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, hardworking and have great communication skills.

Key Information:

• Hours - Monday to Friday, Full Time 9am - 6pm

• Location - Harrow

• Salary - £18,000 per annum

About the Role:

You will be working from the Harrow Head Office and reporting to our Customer Service Manager. Your role will be to analyse sales and stock data relating to our Key accounts and produce management reports as required.

You will also assist the Customer Service team in delivering an exceptional level of service to our stockists and agents, ensuring we deliver orders accurately and on time.

You will have advanced skills in Excel and demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Accurately entering orders onto our Order Management system.
* Analyse sales data across our key accounts.
* Provide inventory analysis to ensure that efficient stock levels are maintained.
* Monitoring all outstanding orders and generating reports.
* Maintaining the customer database with accurate information.
* Deal with and complaints or deliver issues as necessary.

About You:

You will be a competent, proactive and self-motivated person. You will have a bright and positive attitude and engage well with other people.

You will have a good understanding of a wholesale business and the requirements retailers have from suppliers.

You will have the following qualifications / experience:

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
* High standard in Microsoft Office.
* Advanced level Excel skills is a must (including Vlookup).
* Passion for giving exceptional customer service.
* Knowledge and understanding of order processing and CRM systems.
* Previous experience of working in a similar B2B role will be an advantage.
