We are working with a successful technology business that provide market leading solutions to a variety of enterprise scale, household names. Due to their customer base increasing, they now have plans to double their support function and are looking for hungry minded individuals to join them on this exciting journey. This is a great opportunity to work with some big names, learn more about IT and gain various certifications!

The successful 1st Line Support Analyst will predominantly be handling inbound communication, logging cases raised by phone and email, responding to automatically generated system alerts, liaising with 3rd parties to progress broadband faults and providing basic levels of technical support.

If you have fantastic customer service experience, a curiosity for technology but not necessarily come from an IT background, we also want to hear from you! This team run at a 98% high satisfaction rate therefore the successful candidate must be a clear communicator and be able to readily build rapport.

ROLE: 1st Line IT Support

SALARY: £23,000 rising to £27,000 (dependant on experience) + double pay for night shifts

1st Line IT Support skills required:

* Experience delivering excellent customer service
* Technical curiosity
* The ability to think outside the box
* Be able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders insuring a high business standard

1st Line IT Support desirable yet not essential skills:

*An understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and applications
*Experience working to SLAs
*Experience working with bespoke software applications
*Previous IT support in a commercial environment
*Educated to college or degree level in a technical subject

Training will be thorough for those with no previous IT experience and you will be put through accredited training courses.
