TPT2124 Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller

My client is a small but well established organisation within the property industry, who are seeking an experienced accounts clerk/Credit Controller to manage their block management accounts. The role will include:-

* Managing accounts for 350 properties

* Inputting invoices received and paid onto the Propman system

* Chasing outstanding payments via letter, email and phone

* Calling electricity and gas companies for revised bills

* Pass all outstanding bills to the Director for payment

* Inputting paid service charges onto Propman

* Chasing contractors for invoices

The role is based in Borehamwood and has free on street parking, pension and 20 days holiday. Working hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm.
