National Account Manager - On-Trade

London + National Travel,

£37,000 - £43,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a leading branded alcoholic drinks busines and are looking for a National Account Manager to manage the Hotels & Leisure channel for the business. The business hosts a portfolio of exciting brands which do particularly well in the On-Trade channel and have a strong work hard/play hard culture.

The National Account Manager will be responsible for the growth of the brands within their acocunts. Developing the business strategy they will maintain and develop sales opportunities and increase profitability within the Hotel & Leisure channel.

Key Accountabilities

* Develop key customer relationships to increase business performance
* Develop, manage and implement JBP's
* Analyse consumer and customer insight data to include in commercial strategy
* Identify, recommend and drive the implementation of commercial business initiatives
* Maintain a strong awareness and understanding of the market
* Identify sales volume / value growth opportunities
* Develop new business alongside the National Account Controller and cross functionally with the wider team
* Commercial accountability for delivering against targets, securing new business and developing mutually beneficial existing relationships

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Required

* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UK drinks industry / FMCG
* Solid account management experience with track record in successful negotiation
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insight from data
* Ability to influence peers/stakeholders and senior management both internally and externally
