They are currently going through a large period of growth and have a vacancy for a Project Worker in Doncaster Foyer. Position: Project Worker Location: Doncaster Foyer, South Yorkshire Job type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £15,615 to £21,660 per annum Benefits: 26 days’ annual holiday rising a day a year for the first 5 years + bank holidays, Life Assurance, Pension scheme and an Employee Health Assistance Programme. Closing date: 1st February 2019 Interview Dates: TBC About the role: This important role involves working closely with Service users to provide support and advice to enable them to achieve independent living. As identifying and addressing their needs forms a vital part of the job, you will need to work effectively with the whole team and partner agencies. About you: You should be an excellent communicator with an approachable nature in order to support their tenants in a calm and understanding way, even in challenging situations. You will also need to have the ability to offer young people support with parenting, housing, employment, counselling and welfare benefits. This is an exciting opportunity for you to use your experience and knowledge of supported housing to really make a difference to people’s lives.
