We currently have a vacancy for someone to join our UK team based in Wokingham as a Sales and Office Administrator.

The right individual will primarily be working with our sales team supporting new and existing accounts.

This role will be multifaceted, and will require the right applicant be able to adapt to the changing needs of their role.

You will be reporting to the Sales Director, with an expectation to readily react other general office admin duties during busy periods.

There will be the opportunity for the role to grow, with plenty of chances for learning & personal growth/development

While no previous office experience is essential any potential candidate will require the following skills:

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

* Competent in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint

* Highly organised individual

* Excellent attention to detail

* Ability to multi-task and balance own work schedule (understanding the importance of one task above that of others)

* Polite with an ability to build rapport (you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls)

* Essential to be able to work as part of a team and also by yourself

* Interest/knowledge of the IT industry is not essential but may help.

* The role will be office based at our European Headquarters in Wokingham.

Daily duties would include:

* General Office Duties

* Answering Phones

* Point of contact with client

* Equipment rotation/stock ordering

* Monthly equipment reporting

* External equipment ordering/product lifecycle

* Co-ordinating contractor needs within the business

* Organising contractor travel

* Collating contractor expenses and invoices between PM, Contractors & Accounts Dept
