Senior Health & Safety Regulatory Lawyer – Manchester

An experienced Regulatory lawyer is sought for a new role by a leading practice in Manchester.

The firm are a well-regarded top tier private practice who act for corporate clients across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare and retail.

The Regulatory team defend clients against prosecution and investigation by the Police, HSE, Local Authorities and other regulatory bodies. They also advise on corporate governance and director duties.

Due to expansion they are looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety lawyer to the team in Manchester.

You will have a solid background in regulatory defence work, with a particular focus on health & safety legislation and enforcement. Ideally you will have had experience of contentious and non-contentious matters.

As this is a Senior role within the team you will be expected to helping develop the team and play a role in building new relationships with existing and new clients of the firm.
