Job Title: Purchase Ledger Supervisor

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £22,000 - £22,500

The Role


Optimising the efficiency and performance of the Purchase ledger through active administrative support

Staff supervision and allocation of duties / rota

Maintain the posting of purchase invoices to the ledger, through matching delivery notes and price checking as determined by the Purchase Ledger Supervisor

Dealing with supplier queries as they arise on a daily basis

Report to senior personnel any breach of security or any act of dishonesty by a member of the public, visitor or member of staff

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk experience and will have:


Previous experience of working within a busy Purchase Ledger team

Experience of supervising other members of the team either within a Finance role or from a previous position

Solid IT skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Team player


Previous experience of high-volume reconciliation

20 days Holiday + Stats

Hours 9.00am – 5.30pm

Occasional Saturdays required which will be paid at overtime rate
