Portfolio HR is currently working with a global consultancy firm and they are currently looking to expand their team based in Hinckley

We are actively searching for an experience HR Advisors to join a well-established firm based in Leicester. This is a unique opportunity for HR administrators looking to take on a new challenge within internal HR.

Candidates are required to take on all HR duties and work alongside the HR manager acting as a point of contact for employee queries.

* Responsible for areas of preparation of employment contract, secondment contracts and amendments.
* Responsible for areas of starters and leavers welcome pack and front facing
* Look after employees documentations including any visa and personal documentations.
* Responsible for the process in employee booking e.g. travels and personal meetings.
* Act as the first point of contact and escalate to HR manager when needed.

Skills:

* Strong literacy and numerical skills
* HR administration experience, CIPD Level or Degree level knowledge.
* Must be organised in dealing with highly sensitive documentations.
* Adaptable personality.
