We have a vacancy for an Evenings Premises Co-ordinator to join our successful college. We hire our facilities to the local community out of College hours for events ranging from 5-a-side football to weddings and children’s parties. We are looking for an enthusiastic customer focussed individual to help manage and promote our facilities.
The key function of this post will be to:
- To be a designated key holder for the entire College site
- To assist with and participate in College events as required
- To be the main contact for support and assistance to evening hirers and enquirers, assisting with administration and promotional / marketing tasks as required
- To work closely with the Evening Caretaker (Cleaning Co-ordinator) and the Estates team, the Venue Hire Co-ordinator and the Finance Manager
This is a permanent full time position. You will work 37 hours per week, from 2.30pm to 10.30pm Monday to Thursday and from 1pm to 8.30pm on Fridays. These times include an unpaid half hour break. Some flexibility on hours will be required due to lettings in the evening and at weekends.
The starting salary is £21,133 per annum rising to £23,170 per annum over four years subject to satisfactory performance. This salary is within Grade 5 of the support staff pay spine. Holiday entitlement is 24 days per annum. This entitlement rises to 29 days after five years’ service.

Applicants would also need to be available for a 1.5 hour practical session on one of the following dates: Tuesday 29th, Wednesday 30th or Thursday 31st January between 3pm and 9pm. The actual time of the session can be agreed during the interview.
