Senior Commissions Administrator - Trail Commission
Eden Scott are delighted to be recruiting for a Commissions Administrator on a 12 month basis for one of our global investment clients who will responsible for calculating and paying renewal / trail commission and rebate payments in the EMEA region. RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete/Calculate the onshore/offshore trailer fee and rebate processes. Ensuring all rebate and trail commission payments are accurate and made on time Ensuring all queries, information and requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively both internally and externally Reviewing practices to ensure highest quality of customer services is be delivered at all times Demonstrating effective time management skills and the ability to priorities effectively to work within agreed turnaround times contributing to team targets To assist with banking, the collation of trail and rebate accounting information including accruals and payments as required To ensure procedure notes are in place and kept up-to-date in relation to compliance REQUIREMENTS: Experience in processing high volumes of invoices and payments Accounts payable and/or assistant experience preferable Excellent attention to detail is essential Ability to work under pressure Word, Excel and Outlook Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity, Apply now.
