Senior Team Leader Operational – Theme Park

Hours will vary dependant on the season, can expect to work on average 30-40+ hrs p/w

Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and evolving leader to join our innovative and fast-paced business at one of our theme parks.

With over 500 installations worldwide, Picsolve are revolutionizing image capture for the leisure and entertainment industry and are proud to operate over 500 installations globally across some of the world’s best theme parks, water parks, attractions and tourist destinations. We have a 20-year legacy, 30 leading brand customers around the world, with 250m customers using our solution every year across the globe from Alton to Arizona and Blackpool to Bangkok with partners such as Merlin Entertainments.


* To review and ensure that all retail areas operate to optimum efficiency and product awareness is maximised i.e. signage, displays, offers.
* Ensure that all photography operating systems are handled carefully, used correctly and stored safely.
* Report any system issues to a Key User on site in the first instance and to the Service Desk in their absence.
* Ensure units are appropriately stocked to deliver the targeted sales. • Enforce stock policies and deliver high stock standards.
* To ensure all Picsolve retail areas are clean, tidy and well maintained at all times to a high professional standard.
* Manage the team to deliver exemplary retail standards.
* Assist the management team with major event preparation.
* Enforce the Profit Protection Policy.
* To manage costs according to the business requirements.
* To demonstrate the ability to identify and deliver new revenue opportunities.
* Deliver commercially motivated briefs.
* Ensure the team are aware of targets at all times.
* Carry out Return to Work interviews according to policy, providing the management team with all relevant information.
* To support in the recruitment, training, developing, motivating and leading of the sales team.
* To ensure employees are fully trained to Picsolve standards, providing them with the necessary ongoing coaching and support.
* To ensure that employees are engaged and fully informed in order to maximise their potential and that of the business.
* To support and enforce the implementation of company operational policies and procedures.
* To ensure that Picsolve operations within the country fulfil H&S legislation requirements.
* To support the engagement and development of the Team Leaders and Retail Assistants on site.
* Is able to demonstrate a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
* Be positive and proactive at all times seeking solutions in challenging circumstances.
* Be accountable for your own self development using all available resources.
* Role model team behaviours: friendly, expert, enthusiastic and confident.
* Actively participate in management meetings, taking ownership of actions as required.
* Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to change.
* You will be required to act as duty manager as necessary.
