Familiarity with some of these Tech Skills would also beneficial:

Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting, configuring and supporting:
- Windows operating systems -7/8/10/2008/2012/2016/Virtualisation/Hyper-V/Vmware
- Microsoft Office Suite 2013/2016/365
- Peripherals, Printers, Scanners both local and network.
- Antivirus Solutions, Firewalls, 3rd Party Applications.
- Networking, TCP, IP, Subnets, DHCP, DNS, SMB, File Sharing, VLAN, VPN, Port Forwarding
- Active Directory and Server Roles, Permissions, File & Share Level.
- Hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, servers, NAS, Access Points, Routers, switches, Android, IOS, Apple etc.
- Cloud and Email Hosting, Exchange, Office 365, Gmail, Gsuite, POP, IMAP, Dropbox, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Gdrive, File Stream etc,

One or more of the following is also desirable:

- Experience from another Managed IT Service Provider or equivalent role.
- University or College Educated
- Good Grades at School to include Math.
- Microsoft and or Comptia Certifications
- Advanced Office Skills in World / Excel / Outlook
- Full Driving Licence
