Up to £20k - depending on experience

They're looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team in the Nottingham Store Support Centre on a 6 month fixed term contract.

You'll provide efficient payroll administration for their stores, ensuring accurate and timely payment to all staff within their business.

The key duties and responsibilities are:

*Processing all statutory payments in line with prevailing legislation.

* Input of all payroll related payments, deductions and amendments to employee records.

* Independent weekly auditing in line with agreed audit procedure.

* To perform all necessary checks before calculating the payrolls for allocated regions.

* Distribution of post BACS outputs to include payslips, P45’s and monthly costing reports.

* To complete any ad hoc tasks as requested Job Requirements:

Ideally you’ll:

* Be educated to GCSE level in Maths and English
* Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Be a team player
* Have good problem solving skills
* Have an administration background gained in a similar environment

Previous payroll and administration experience would be an advantage.
