One of the UK’s most established Wealth Management firms has an exciting opportunity for a Paraplanner to join their team based in the beautiful City of Bath. This role would suit an experienced Paraplanner or Pensions technician wishing to move to a new, focussed role.

The key purpose of the role is to assist a number of Private Client Advisers in the delivery of advice and ongoing services. In partnership with the advisers’ administrative support - you will be responsible for assisting the Advisers in achieving their fee income targets, meeting client servicing commitments and complying with organisational business quality standards.

As Paraplanner, your key responsibility is centred around research, analysing and compiling Financial Planning reports, in conjunction with the Advisers, ensuring compliance with Business Quality Standards at all times.

Responsibilities include:

* Conduct in depth and comprehensive analysis of Clients financial planning, focussing on Pensions

* Undertake complex pension benefits analysis

* Compile detailed pension illustrations, projections and associated documents

To be considered for this role you must:

* Have in depth technical pensions knowledge

* Experience of Paraplanning and a strong understanding of the advice process

* Be Diploma qualified, or very near to, G60 or AF3 would be looked upon favourably

* Be highly numerate with excellent attention to detail

* Have an extensive understanding of Compliance requirements
