The CMD Bath office are delighted to partner with a leading financial services business in the heart of the City, as they seek to introduce an account manager to the team to cover maternity leave.

With a sound knowledge of the banking sector, the account manager will bring a meticulous and tenacious approach to managing the relationship process for the company’s client base.

Whilst primarily providing a back-office support function, the account manager will be the first point of contact for any queries into the business; so, must be confident in their ability to communicate with clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Whilst not limited to, duties for this position will include:

• Maintaining a robust diary system of reminders to ensure all customers receive a quarterly review of products
• Completing client reviews, liaising directly with the consumer/clients and updating them, ensuring their interests are met, providing comparison summaries/tables
• Managing cash administration, recommendation applications, invoicing, chasing fees,
• Reporting in to group on relevant monthly statistics
• Implement and maintain processes to provide accurate service

A flexible approach to daily duties, whilst still following set processes associated with the role is essential in allowing for a successful undertaking of this position; and with a collaborative and cohesive team approach to working in the business, the successful candidate must be able to lead and take instruction, in equal measure. Experience of working with CURO or Salesforce advantageous.
