Global Technology company require a Product Coordination Manager.

You’ll play a key role within the Product team working closely with the Product Managers looking after the product health of the Platform. You’ll pioneer initiatives that support Product Owners across the platform to work as effectively as possible and help roll-out successful initiatives.

You’ll work closely with our Solutions team to ensure that we are shipping the right product to our retailers. You will act as an enabler of information between the Product team and Solutions. This will ensure we build excellent relationships with current and prospective retailers and establish ways of working that complement product development.

All of this will be done in close collaboration with the rest of the Product, UX and Engineering teams. You’ll need to be a great communicator and influencer who can build an environment of cohesiveness and focused collaboration between all the members of the team, all with the shared goal of driving the product forward.

The Product Coordination role is focussed on coordinating and aligning the product development across 30+ development teams towards our platform vision. Working with all the various stakeholders in Technology, Solutions and beyond to capture a single version of the truth for “What” we are going to build and engage the wider organisation in this mission.

Work with the Product Managers to communicate and refine the platform vision and goals

Play an active part in the team that looks after the product health of the platform

Pioneer initiatives that support Product Owners in building features efficiently and effectively

Provide analysis to enable smart decision making around scope and resourcing decisions

Own the Product Roadmap; keep it up to date with the latest information, in sync with what is communicated to our clients and provide clear communication of any changes

A successful candidate would have:

Great communication skills

Highly numerate with demonstratable analytical skills

Multi-tasking master

Builds relationships easily even across borders

A determination to get stuff done

Nice to have (but not necessary):

Commercial acumen

Product or development background

Experience of working in a large organisation
