A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our client’s thriving practice, situated in Suffolk, for a talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on both a full and part-time basis. The successful applicant will enjoy a varied caseload of residential matters.

• Freehold and leasehold property transactions
• Re-mortgages
• Obtaining Land Registry documents
• Submitting and reviewing searches
• Auction sales
• Drafting and granting new leases
• Transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients and other professionals involved in property transactions
• Business development, networking and marketing

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors, paralegals, legal executives and licenced conveyancers
• Possessing solid experience in residential conveyancing is essential for this role
• Demonstrate the ability to provide first-class client care
• Show a practical and proactive approach to solving problems
• Be self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload effectively
