Our client is a leading provider of bespoke financial products. Due to recent successes and growth they now have an immediate start for an experienced Client Services Executive with a factoring/credit control background. You must be driven by success and deliver excellent customer service. You will join a fast growing team - assisting with the funding and growth requirements of a portfolio of mixed clients, taking responsibility for maintaining excellent standards of client service, requesting and processing client information, monitoring and administering client funding.

Client Service Executive with a relevant ABFA/UK Finance Qualification

Location Oxford

Salary £21,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients to ensure that an excellent relationship is always established and maintained with clients and their staff

• Monitor and raise any risk or service issues to the client management team

• Promote group products and additional services to clients and prospective clients

• Provide daily administration assistance to clients and colleagues

• Support Client Management with client funding or payment proposals

• Undertake invoice and sales ledger verification and credit control in line with company procedures and as directed by client management

• Liaise with clients to ensure documentation is received and actioned within a timely manner

• Keep records of client administration activity for future review or follow up

• Assist and support Management Team and New Business with the introduction of new clients

The Ideal Candidate:

• Professional approach to clients, external contacts and staff either face to face or telephone

• Used to working under pressure and to deadlines, prioritising your workload to meet team and client requirements

• Some experience in an administrative or client facing role

• Good administration skills and attention to detail

• Can operate in a team, take on new tasks, and a willingness to support the team

• Desire for growth and personal development

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ideally you will have a relevant ABFA/UK Finance qualification – Foundation

• Ability to question and seek solutions
