Role DescriptionDue to our continued success in 2018 Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing UK Ltd are looking to appoint a high calibre Operations Analyst who is looking to join a progressive industry leader.

The Operations Analyst is accountable to Head of Operations for the development and implementation of the core operational key performance indicators and the Operational Dashboard, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the metrics to support the requirements of the business through the provision of timely, accurate and informative information.

Main responsibilities

  • Identify and develop the KPI’s for the operations function.
  • Implement automated reporting and charts for Op’s dashboard / SQDIP boards.
  • Production of Op’s management report pack with full analysis of information, detailing variance analysis to targets.
  • Provide reports on a weekly and monthly basis to monitor business performance in line with company procedures.
  • Use operational data to produce timely analysis and comparison of the departments performance,

Skills and experience

  • Data and analytical skills
  • Excel and SQL would be a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally at all levels
  • Capable of working autonomously with strong influencing skill to help drive customer demands within the business.
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage workload
  • Highly self-motivate and enthusiastic person with methodical approach

The role is set out to be an 18-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to turn into a permanent role.
