Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants to work across our schools in Sunderland.

Do you have experience working with children with special educational needs or in a classroom setting? Whether this experience is in the mainstream classroom, special school or another setting, Protocol Education would love to hear from you.

We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You should also have experience of working within a primary setting and a teaching assistant qualification. Any previous experience with needs such as autism, global delay and speech & language difficulties will be beneficial.

The successful candidate will be positive, calm and understanding. You may be working with a specific child on a 1:1 basis or potentially a small group of pupils. You will be organised, pro-active and able to use your own initiative. This can be a challenging role at times, but it is also extremely rewarding.

The benefits of working with Protocol Education are:
• Commitment to quality and safeguarding
• Competitive rates of pay
• Daily, short-term and long-term vacancies to suit your needs
• An extensive CPD training programme
• Weekly pay (through PAYE so no hidden umbrella costs)
• Dedicated and education specialist consultants on hand every day
• A bonus scheme for referring friends and colleagues.

For the right candidates, these positions often lead to full time employment. Please send me your CV if this role is of interest to you.

All candidates will be subject to Protocol Education's safety standards and background checks
