Person Specification
All applicants will need to be professional Year 1 Teachers who have at least 2 years of teaching experience. About the Role
In this exciting Year 1 Teacher position you will be taking on a curious Year 1 class of 30 pupils and you will be contributing to the creative philosophy of the school. In this role you will be working under the dedicated Headteacher, a fantastic practitioner who is always keen to hear new ideas from all members of staff. In general, you will be expanding your horizons with the school's CPD programme which aims to forward both professional and personal ambitions. Your responsibilities will include working with the support of a Headteacher who understands how difficult starting in a new school can be. This Year 1 Teacher position involves dealing with the full range of needs and capabilities in your class through assigning certain duties and responsibilities to your dedicated class teaching assistant. You will have the use of the school's exciting resources which include multiple sensory rooms. You will use the bright, airy classrooms in your teachings and your lessons should be accessible by all.
