Yellow Bricks are hiring an experienced Book Keeper for our Marlow based client. In this part time job you will be responsible for maintaining the finance requirements for this busy retail office. Hours are Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day.

* Print and post sales invoices

* Process receipts via Bacs, cheque or cash

* Process Paypal receipts

* Credit control– ensure debtor payments are received in a timely manner

* Produce monthly debtor statements

* Reconcile delivery notes and goods received notes with purchase orders

* Process all purchase Invoices

* Filing of purchase statements

* Run and process monthly creditors payment run including settlement and non settlement payments

* Process payments made directly through the Bank via Bacs or standing orders

* Arrange international payments to overseas suppliers using an FX Platform

* Complete monthly bank reconciliation

* Maintain and reconcile petty cash system

* Update fixed asset register

* Produce month end reports including trial balance, income statement, profit and loss, balance sheet, aged debtors and aged creditors

* Produce quarterly VAT returns and submit toHMRC

* Pay HMRC PAYE and NI when due

* Maintain annual leave chart and sickness log

* Process payment for monthly payroll

* Order and manage stationary for office
