We are seeking a permanent full time Purchase Ledger Clerk for our clients office in Exeter, this role will also include some other administration duties.

We are looking for an individual to join our client's accounts team, who has a top quality organisational skill set, the ability to follow process and can take the initiative to solve problems. Alongside this role you will also assist with the looking after the company fleet of vehicles on a when needed basis.


* Raising accurate and timely purchase orders
* Processing Supplier invoices onto the purchase ledger
* Ensure purchases meet specifications
* Maintain good relationships with current suppliers & sub-contractors
* Assisting with time sheet entering

Experience required

* Experience of raising and processing purchase orders
* Knowledge and understanding of purchasing best practice
* Able to use Accountancy software packages such as Sage

This is a full time permanent full time position
