Account Manager – Pharma/Healthcare Agency

An exciting agency based in one of the UK’s most iconic towns is looking to add another creatively-minded Account Manager to their team. They’re strong in the pharmaceutical & healthcare space, and work with some of the biggest names in the industry. With plenty of office room to move into, these guys are not looking to slow down and want to continue producing world class results.

As you can expect with an Account Management role, you will need to take an Account Executive under your wing and manage them efficiently and effectively. This can be done in a range of ways, whether it be delegating various tasks or ensuring they’re keeping up to date with their work. You can also find yourself being the point of contact between the agency and your clients. You will also be expected to help the business grow, by identifying opportunities to grow within your existing clients and any new opportunities that may arise.

With this in mind, having a background in pharma/healthcare will be a massive advantage and 2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical focused agency is essential. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively articulate your ideas and have a great strategic mindset.

In return for your hard work, you’ll be paid between £35k - £40k – experience dependent. The town gets busy at times and parking isn’t always the easiest, so the agency will cover your yearly parking as well as offering great life insurance, 25 days’ holiday, a solid pension scheme and the chance to better yourself through a range of training schemes which can be accessed via the agency network they’re part of.
