Accounts assistant

Robert Half are looking to recruit an entry level accounts assistant candidate for a leading Peterborough based business on temporary basis.

My client is looking for a candidate who is currently Studying AAT for an Accounts Assistant position.

You will be dealing with:

• Responding to supplier queries on a timely basis
• Matching, batching and coding invoices quickly and efficiently
• Identifying, negotiating and implementing cost savings strategies where appropriate
• Raising invoices
• Chasing payments
• Inputting invoices into the system
• Responding to supplier queries on a timely basis
• Assisting on general admin work

You must be immediately available to be considered for this role.

This is a fantastic organisation to work for, and a great opportunity to gain valuable experience. Training is provided.

Based in Peterborough, car parking facility is available.
