They are looking for a professional person with strong interpersonal skills to work as part of their Neighbourhood and Customer Support team. You will provide advice and practical assistance to support our customers to maximise their income from welfare benefits and to budget and manage their money in order to pay their rent.

You will work alongside their existing Money Management Officer, internal teams and external agencies, to provide a professional and efficient service to their customers, reaching time critical deadlines when required, offering debt support and signposting service to wider financial inclusion services to ensure customers avoid indebtedness.
