Insurance Customer Service Advisor
A new Insurance business in Wolverhampton seeks a new team of Customer Service Advisors to provide support to existing customer managing a wide range of insurance queries.
It will be your responsibility to provide a first class level for all customers ensuring that there is a continuity of service in order to achieve the company objectives.
The role is not sales based however you will also get additional bonus on a quarterly basis dependant on the service you provide.
The hours of work are based on an early shift and late shift on alternate weeks as well as alternate Saturdays 9-3.

The role will be due to start in the middle of February dependant on availibility. The interview process will involve an initial video interview which is completed on either phone or tablet followed by a final face to face interview.
