We are delighted to be assisting our client, a leading firm, with their search for a Data Entry Clerk to join their friendly team based in Bournemouth on an on-going basis.

Pay rate: £11 per hour.

Location: Bournemouth, BH1 2NF

Shift: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

Interview Date: Friday 11 January 2019

This role requires an individual with solid experience working with databases and inputting data in an accurate and efficient manner. The successful candidate should have a high attention to detail as well as a willingness to learn new systems.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

* Filing documents into the document management system.
* Uploading of documents to the relevant document management system as appropriate.
* Monitoring the group email inbox for documents to upload to the document management system.
* Being an expert in the document management system, and in various clients’ requirements for uploading information.
* Using NAV to raise and process PO’s supporting the other Finance operator.

It is imperative that candidates have Help Desk/ Financial experience in order to succeed in this role.
