My Client are looking to recruit a Data Entry Clerk on a 12 Month FTC. This is a manufacturing site based in Ayrshire.

About You

You will be a highly organised, motivated Data Entry Assistant with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have experience of data input or administration and have the ability to work both quickly and accurately.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Entry Clerk to join our Finance team in Ayrshire on a 12-month temporary contract to start asap. There is the possibility that the role will become permanent. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, flexibility, able to manage your own workload within tight deadlines.

Main duties include:

* Data entry and processing

* Process documentation

* Transferring of complex data into a systems database for accurate documentation

* Provide administrative support to the Finance team

* Any Other ad hoc duties

Skills and Competencies Required


* Strong data entry skills

* Experienced in Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel

* IT literate and competent in learning new systems quickly

* High attention to detail

* Ability to work quickly and accurately

* Administration or data entry experience


* Finance or accounts experience

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
