Are you a high achieving recruitment consultant, sales individual looking for a new challenge? We have fantastic opportunities across England available for people who are looking to be self-employed working on a commission only basis. People from a consultative recruitment background or having experience in education is an advantage.
To maximise the potential of this opportunity, you will be confident in your own ability to make the most of a self-employed role that rewards through premium commission. You will have a goal focused, target driven approach. You will need to be motivated and have the passion, commitment and drive to be successful. You will have strong sales skills and enjoy working on a consultative approach with business professionals within the education sector and other industries.
You will be engaging with employers from a range of industries and schools, multi academy trusts, training school alliances, colleges and universities in the UK and Internationally.
Personality, perseverance, strong work ethic, and determination, will drive your success. As part of our Consultancy team you’ll be provided with some recruiter tools to help you start running your own search and selection recruitment desk from start to finish. You will earn 65%+ commission per candidate placement made. You may also sell a range of GTJobs recruitment advertising package solutions. This option rewards you with 12.5%+ commission per recruitment advertising package sold. Enjoy uncapped potential, choosing your own hours.
Essential Skills:
• Excellent consultative skills
• Solid understanding of digital advertising and recruitment processes
• Will be comfortable engaging at all client levels in education from Head teachers, Business Managers, HR Managers and at local authority
• Self-motivated and service oriented, able to work autonomously with the ability to plan and structure workloads and manage your sales pipeline effectively
• Passionate about recruitment (and education- desirable)
• Previous experience as a recruitment consultant (or as a teacher- desirable)
You will be provided with a geographical region to work and relevant marketing information. You will receive training with ongoing sales support and mentoring to ensure your sales activity with the company is an absolute success.
You will need to be set up as self-employed and be able to provide your own Car, Laptop, Phone, Printer, and evidence a DBS Certificate.
