Monday 14th January start !

This successful and forward thinking Coventry based business require an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a temporary business for approximately 3 months.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years purchase ledger experience and have the ability to hit the ground running, daily duties will include:

Inputting PL invoices / journals onto the system and generating the relevant control reports.

Preparing bacs runs using banking system and uploading from the system

Preparing and inputting employee expenses

Allocating bacs runs and generating bank reconciliations

Generating aged creditor reports and analysis.

Responding to supplier queries & reconciling statements.
