Customer Service Advisor / Banking - £100 P/D 6 months
A Challenger Bank is looking for a Customer Service Advisor, to join a rapidly growing organisation based in Milton Keynes, on an FTC for 6 months. The successful candidate will be part of the 1st line service for Retail and SME customers, using a variety of means such as online chat, telephone and social media. In addition, you will be accountable for case management and seeing issues/ complaints through to the resolution, KYC (Know Your Customer), vulnerable customers and SME customers. On a day to day basis you will be continually looking for process improvements, in order to better meet the needs of the customers. Experience: Extensive customer service experience, either customer facing or non-customer facing (call centre) roles. Working experience using banking systems and familiar with using a variety of methods to communicate with all customers. Experience handling complex complaints and owning the issue through to resolution. Experience of opening accounts, payment processing, complain handling, KYC, servicing and closing Delivering outstanding customer service, through exceptional communication and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed right the first time.
