Motor Insurance Team Leader

A Global Financial Insurance company in Cardiff are looking for a Motor Team Leader with Insurance Management experience to join their growing team. Benefits: Highly competitive salary of up to £26,000 but for the right person with strong commercial insurance experience this is highly negotiable Excellent training plan once on-boarded 25 days holidays plus 8 days stats (options to buy and sell holidays) Life Assurance plan after 6 month probation period (4 x annual salary) Pension scheme that rises after 6 month probation from 2% to 10% Private medical care options (able to increase cover if wanted) Company performance related bonuses Season tickets Study support - if looking to take exams And more The role: To grow revenue by developing new and retaining existing business; focusing upon efficient acquisition, retention and satisfaction of clients, built upon excellent service and specialist product knowledge Manage a team of Client Managers / Administration Assistants / New Business Executives Essential skills and experience: Negotiate renewals considering available markets (including rebrokes) Retain an agreed proportion of clients Ensure your team perform to designed KPI's Ascertain further opportunities whereby Aon may satisfy the client's insurance needs Ensure your team adhere to all SLA's and make all pro active calls as requested Respond promptly and efficiently to client instructions request and enquiries at all times Ensure all 1-2-1's are completed on a monthly basis, the T & C framework is adhered to and all items are completed in a timely manner To own all performance management issues, escalate where required and ensure all poor performance / poor behaviour is managed by Aon's performance management guidelines Act with honesty and integrity building trust and understanding Ensure all credit control processes are followed and that there are no entries exceeding 30 days Liaise with other offices / units when required Product quotations for mid-term adjustment / re-brakes and place cover for the client, work closely with the technical team Conform fully to all statutory and regulatory obligations Conform fully with operational policies, processes and procedures Adhere to credit control directives to ensure accounting deadlines are met Maintain accurate records and produce relevant documentation Developing excellent relationships with all stakeholders and clients Being aware of Market trends and maintaining satisfactory levels of technical competence Handling complaints in accordance with the agreed complaints procedure If this role sounds ideal, please send your CV immediately as the company will be looking to interview as soon as possible.
