Sales/Customer Support Administrator - Full Time

£26000 - £28000

This company is a specialist provider of web management services to car dealers and manufacturers. Based in Dorking, Surrey, they are looking to recruit a Sales/Customer Support Administrator with at least three years experience in a similar role.

This role is responsible for supporting the sales, design, development teams and customers. Efficiently working to tight deadlines and adapting to the various demands of the role.

You will be first line support/contact and the 'voice' of their business therefore excellent interpersonal and telephone skills are essential.

Skills you will need:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Office
- Excellent verbal and written English
- A proven track record of sales administration
- Ability to deal with routine and unexpected situations
- Be able to listen carefully and assimilate information quickly
- Have great attention to detail
- Team player

Training will be given in knowledge specific to the requirements of their business.

It would desirable but not essential if you had an interest in cars and the ability to use Photopshop and knowledge of setting up and migrating email accounts.
