As Production Coordinator you will play a key role within the Marketing Department, acting as a central communication point for all live projects, attending scheduling meetings, discussing project timelines and deliverables. Organization and communication will be at the centre of everything you do, dealing with multiple projects at any one time, liaising with internal teams to provide status updates, and scheduling the studio work to ensure deadlines are hit and updating internal systems to ensure company wide visibility and operational efficiency.

You will also be a key point of contact for our external suppliers, briefing them on live projects, placing orders and scheduling deliveries, while also keeping internal teams informed, projects running smoothly and budgets in check.

Essential Experience

* Production experience in either a printer or marketing environment
* Procurement experience, negotiating with external suppliers on cost and service
* Budget control, management and implementation
* Workload planning, scheduling and project management tools (Setmore/Asana).

* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and 3rd parties
* Ensure all projects briefs are met, coordinating throughout the process including Artwork, Photography, Production, PR/Social Media and Delivery
* Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is important (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
* A genuine love for print, packaging, and all things creative
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude!

Key Responsibilities

Process and Procedures – Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to generate and follow processes to minimise errors and ensure the operational efficiency of the Marketing department and wider business.

Project Management – The ability to take a project from the initial brief, through the development stages, refinement and feedback, while keeping an eye on quality control, budgets and the delivery deadline.

Supplier Management – Create a competitive environment among our suppliers to ensure prices are driven down, while quality and efficiency is driven up. Implement fixed cost pricing plans and rebates with key suppliers to support working relationships and strong service levels.

Communication – Keep internal teams informed of project progress, timings and potential challenges to ensure all parties are kept informed, projects flow efficiency and last minute changes are avoided.

Team Building – Mentor and guide your direct report and the broader team, ensuring they are motivated, engaged and empowered to drive change and make a positive difference within the department
