My client, a growing MSP are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to provide PC and Network Support to external clients.

You will be working in an IT Support team of 30, dealing with 2nd line issues that have been escalated from the 1st Line Support team. As a 2nd Line Technician, you should be familiar with dealing with escalations in a timely manner and escalating to 3rd Line when required.

You will be working with a broad range of technology including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware, Smart Phones, General Networking and peripheral products and devices.
