My client is an established Chartered Insurance Broker who has been trading for over 3 decades, with offices Midlands wide. Due to my clients continued success and growth, they are looking for a Personal Lines Account Handler to look after a specific existing account and to help grow our business.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

* Processing renewals and mid term adjustments for clients for household, travel and motor polices.

* Obtaining new business and cross selling to existing commercial clients. Assisting clients and our claims team in the initial reporting of claims within the company procedures.

* Liaising with insurers in respect of all Personal Lines policies.

WHAT YOU NEED

* 1+ years Personal Lines insurance experience.

* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office/Excel (Acturis experience is advantageous).

* 5 GCSE's including Maths and English.

* Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients over the phone.

* Willing to study Cll qualifications and support will be provided.

WHAT YOU GET

* £18,000 Salary

* Monday - Friday (9am - 5:15pm)

* Personal Development (CII Qualification)

* 32 days holiday per annum (Including Bank Holidays)
