What you’ll do:

* Manage customers account whilst we attempt to recover the monies through court.

* Establish the root cause of the issues your customer is facing.

* Be involved with late stage arrears cases as well as handling cases that have reached litigation and enforcement.

* Be comfortable in communicating to customer’s worse case scenarios, such as court action.

* Have open and honest conversations with customers about their finances.

* Confidently establish the best way to resolve customers’ arrears.

* Have sole responsibility to make the right decisions when collecting payments - we expect you to treat the money as if it was your own.

* Self manage your own client list and increasing case volumes.

* Efficiently contact customers and manage your own time.

* Have the confidence to ask the right questions in order to successfully collect payments.

Permanent, full time role, working 41.25 hours per week, including some Saturdays.

Starting Salary £22,518 with quarterly performance & pay review to a maximum of £32,888 + Bonuses + Benefits Package
